This is my favorite Chinese buffet restaurant. I love the Mongolian grill! The buffet has a wide variety of food. I alway eat the baked salmon, very delicious. The staff is always friendly and the service is great! Doesn't bother me to eat here alone on my lunch break.

I love Chinese food. I always get the chicken dishes, and vegetables, and sherbet. Yum!

This restaurant has had its ups and downs, yes. But we returned to eating here about a year ago. It was worth the chance. We go mostly for the dinner buffet, as my youngest son and I are huge fans of their coconut shrimp. The owner (I'm assuming) is a very nice lady. If you notice anything wrong or off, tell *her* not the servers, but be kind and speak clearly and just a bit slowly. She does understand English but not if you rattle it off at superspeed and laced with tons of slang. Once you make it clear what the issue is, she gets on it right then. About 2 years ago, I noticed some of the chicken dishes were not being kept at a high enough temp on the steam tables, and made her aware of it. I didn't even have to explain WHY chicken has to be kept at a certain temp in a buffet style environment, when I politely and quietly pointed it out that it was a bit too cold, she went in the kitchen and was very upset with whoever was cooking back there! But, it was nearly immediately rectified, as they came out, removed the pans with those dishes in it, I'm guessing dumped them in the back somewhere, and came out a little while later with fresh steaming hot dishes. No, they were not microwaved or reheated in the back. I can tell the difference (and anyone else should be able to, as well!).
She apologized to which I just smiled and said "it's fine, you took care of it, we'll always be back". Very friendly, as I said. Life happened and we weren't able to return until recently. Now, I am more than glad we did. I generally sit in the back "smoking section" because it is separate and there's only 2 tables back there, because most folks don't sit in the smoking section. I always ask to sit at the one NOT under the fan, because a typical ceiling fan will cool your food off just a bit too quickly, and the motion from the blades drive my eyes a bit crazy when looking down at the table. They are more than happy to accommodate any such request.
If you are not happy with the service or attitude of a particular server, TELL HER (the owner). She knows very well that good service/attitude equals better tips for the server and better business overall, so she will take care of it, usually in private like most employers SHOULD do.
Even if you are happy, still tell her! She likes to hear things like that, and helps her help them get better and better and want to expand the variety of food on the buffet.
But back to the food... Coconut Shrimp. MUST GO. LOL -

Food is not too bad but the restaurant itself is dirty. At one time it was very good and clean but not so much anymore. Just too dirty for me!
